Our minimum house cleaning cost is $100 for a one-bedroom home, based on a minimum of 2 hours. This rate applies to regular ongoing cleaning services. Please note that initial cleans typically take longer and are priced accordingly, as they involve a more thorough clean designed to prepare your home for ongoing maintenance.

These cleans are designed to introduce potential customers to our cleaning methods and the services we provide. However, if you already know you would like Dusty Spring Clean to carry out your regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly clean, the pricing is as follows:

  • One bedroom home with one  bathroom and toilet - from $100

  • Two bedroom home with one bathroom and toilet - from $125

  • Three bedroom home with one bathroom and toilet - from $150

​

  • Four bedroom home with one bathroom and toilet - from $175

  • Five bedroom home with one bathroom and toilet - from $225​

*Please note: The pricing is just an estimate, and the cleaning time and price may vary / change depending on the floor area, size, number of levels & floor type.

Extra toilets $10 per clean

Extra bathrooms $25 per clean

​​​​Hourly rate for 1 cleaner is $50 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours.

*Please take note of the following important information:​

​

  • Depending on the condition of the house, our cleaning services may require additional charges. Cleaning rates are based on a minimum of 2 hours (general and regular cleans) and minimum of 4 hours (deep/spring cleans and move in/ final clean / end of tenancy cleans), but if the clean requires extra elbow grease, heavy duty cleaning, or cleaning of extremely dirty surfaces, we will charge an extra $10 to the hourly rate. Prices are based on a normal standard of cleanliness.

  • To ensure the safety of our cleaners, we do not move heavy furniture. If you wish to have areas behind or under heavy furniture cleaned, kindly arrange for the moving of furniture prior to our arrival.

  • Getting ready for the cleaning: We don’t expect you to clean before we arrive, but we kindly ask that you tidy up any clutter or toys and clear surfaces as much as possible. This allows us to focus on cleaning and ensures you get the most out of our service.​
